We would like to recommend our special COUNTRY-STYLE buffet - a perfect addition to the feasts which accompany the events organized in our hotel. Carefully selected regional cold meats, sausages and lard made according to the traditional method will satisfy the taste of even the most demanding gourmets. The products we serve cannot be bought in ordinary shops and their taste will remain in your memory for a long time! The Country-Style Menu consists of: ham with bone, hunter's sausage and country sausage, kabanos suausage sticks, liver sausage, black pudding, two sorts of bacon: smoked and cooked, white and black headcheese, lard rendered in a country pot, horseradish and cream sauce, lightly-pickled cucumbers, a large loaf of banquet bread and - on extra order - bigos (sauerkraut stew).
